Autumn is here and with it comes the perfect opportunity to plan your business and personal Christmas dinners! Kai Sushi is the ideal place for this. Our festive meals are inspired by the Japanese tradition of Bōnenkai, where friends and colleagues gather annually to celebrate the past year.
In our versatile rooms, we offer the ideal setting for business and private gatherings for eight people or more. In the Kai Lab you can enjoy a particularly private and exclusive atmosphere and choose from three different menus. You can also hire our restaurants for larger groups of up to 150 people.
With Bōnenkai, we offer three different food concepts for you, depending on your budget and time frame. Of course, we also offer customised solutions. Make a non-binding enquiry.
From 1 November, you can take a seat in our Kai Lab for a cosy fondue party. We also offer Shabu Shabu in all our restaurants and on the Kai Boat on request.
The fire pot dish Shabu Shabu originally consists of a boiling stock, which is spiced up with various herbs and vegetables according to an in-house recipe. Fish, meat and even a vegan or vegetarian variation with tofu and vegetables can now be cooked in it as desired. These are refined for consumption with our delicate homemade sauces. Fresh salads and onsen egg are served as side dishes. The soup becomes more flavoursome from round to round and can be eaten at the end together with handmade ramen noodles.
