From 1 November, you can take a seat in our Kai Lab for a cosy fondue party. We also offer Shabu Shabu in all our restaurants and on the Kai Boat on request.
The fire pot dish Shabu Shabu originally consists of a boiling stock, which is spiced up with various herbs and vegetables according to an in-house recipe. Fish, meat and even a vegan or vegetarian variation with tofu and vegetables can now be cooked in it as desired. These are refined for consumption with our delicate homemade sauces. Fresh salads and onsen egg are served as side dishes. The soup becomes more flavoursome from round to round and can be eaten at the end together with handmade ramen noodles.
Please book in advance. Shabu Shabu is also available by delivery for 4 or more people, please order at least 48 hours in advance. Shabu Shabu à discrétion costs CHF 99 per person.

Enjoy sushi straight from our rotating Kaiten (sushi conveyor belt) and let the passing selection inspire you. Take a seat at the Kaiten, discover our freshly prepared rolls and simply pick your favourites as they pass by. Each restaurant offers its own creations, all prepared with the KAI Sushi quality you know and love.

The sushi à discrétion offer is served at Kai Sushi Oerlikon and includes a selection of sushi creations, Japanese tapas, hot sushi rolls, and a dessert.
