First-class sushi isn't rocket science – you can succeed with it, too. Our sushi master will introduce you to the secrets of the art of sushi and you can experience the traditional craft of Japanese cuisine first-hand.

Mother's Day with offered Sunday brunch

For this year's Mother's Day on Sunday 8 May, we are organising a special sushi workshop at Kai Lab and Kai Lessing.

You will start the Sunday with our Sunday brunch buffet with Japanese inspired delicacies such as Okonomiyaki, the famous Japanese omelette, Eggs Benedict with salmon, buns with short rib or homemade granola. We will then toast your special day with an aperitif. Then we proceed with our popular sushi course.

Safety rules

Please note our measures according to the FOPH recommendations:

  • The necessary safety distance can be maintained due to the spacious workstations.
  • Disinfectants will be provided at the entrance and during the course.
  • Both the restaurant and the Kai Lab are continuously air purified with a high-performance ventilation system
