First-class sushi isn't rocket science – you can succeed with it, too. Our sushi master will introduce you to the secrets of the art of sushi and you can experience the traditional craft of Japanese cuisine first-hand.

The craft of sushi is a fascinating culinary art form. Look over the shoulder of our sushi master and learn, first-hand, how to prepare sushi correctly: from perfect rice and the filleting of fish to professional rolling. For groups we offer out-of-time sushi courses as well. Contact us!

Safety rules

Please note our measures according to the FOPH recommendations:

  • Obligatory certificate (3G with ID card)
  • The necessary safety distance can be maintained due to the spacious workstations.
  • Disinfectants will be provided at the entrance and during the course.
  • Both the restaurant and the Kai Lab are continuously air purified with a high-performance ventilation system
