We start the fondue season - with Shabu Shabu at Kai Lab. Similar to fondue chinoise, the fire pot dish consists of a pot of bouillon that is spiced up with various spices and cabbage and mushrooms according to an in-house recipe. Fish, meat, tofu and vegetables can be cooked in it as you like. Sauces, fresh salads and onsen eggs are served as side dishes. The soup becomes spicier from round to round and can be eaten at the end together with ramen noodles. A fire pit can be shared with up to 5 people.
Please book at least 24 hours in advance, for the weekend please book at least 48 hours in advance, also for home delivery. The most unusual fondue in Switzerland is sure to provide a surprise effect.

In summer 2019, Kai Sushi is launching the Kai Boat, a new form of culinary experience on Lake Zurich. The Kai Boat can be rented all year round, including crew and catering, for groups of up to six people. Depending on the occasion, various packages, but also individual offers are available.
